Milanesa a la napolitana

The Neapolitan Milanese is a typical dish of Argentine gastronomy that has its origin in the influence of Italian immigration. It consists of a Milanese, usually of beef, although it can also be chicken, baked to be coated like a pizza, with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, adding various ingredients (such as ham, tomato slices, or onion). It is usually served with a side of French fries or mashed potatoes.
