Like in 2015, this crisis has been manufactured. But last time, Hillary lost and the "solution" could not be proposed. The goal is to supposedly avoid further humanitarian distress through the definitive opening of the American-Mexican border. Then Canada would offer to take its share of the migrants, opening its border to the USA. Then would follow common laws and directives established for Mexico, the USA and Canada to put those people at work. Very soon a whole set of agreements would be implemented to take control over this immigration, to legalize and regulate it. Those laws are already thought and prepared by the Council on Foreign Relations since decades to implement the North American Union.
