California seems to be legalizing street crime. Is there a point to this, other than to make citizens less safe? If citizens started arming themselves in self-defense, they would either have to get a permit (hard to do, at best) or become criminals themselves. The report gave the name of the alleged attacker but not picture, which makes me suspect the attacker might have been black, but that's not a fair assumption either - just consistent with what the MSM does.
