Not the best picture ever, but this is the Aurora Borealis as seen beyond our house the other night. Took this with my phone. One of these days I’m going to figure out how to use our digital camera to get good pictures of this incredible spectacle.

It’s been an incredibly productive weekend! My amazing wife @ynevar has been formatting the manuscripts of the first two books in my Blackfire series in preparation for publishing print versions. Volume 2 is coming soon for those who have read Volume 1. And my version of 1984, Society’s House of Intractable Tension, has seen major progress the last two days. I wrote 13k words on it between yesterday and today, and am very close to finished with draft 1!
