More from Dr Frank

The Keep Track of the Time blog hits year 2004, and there are some kind words and a generous assessment of Yesterday Rules therein. I agree that "Elizabeth or Fight!" is "quite an underrated number." In fact, I don't recall ever having heard anyone mention it, much less rate it, anywhere ever. But I think it's pretty darn good, even though the mix on the record doesn't quite live up to the grandeur I had planned for it, particularly in the bridge. It is not exactly about Queen Elizabeth I, but rather it is addressed to an ordinary girl named Elizabeth with oblique allusions to her namesake, for dramatic effect. I'll say no more. Anyway, Keep Track of the Time: thanks as usual. https://keeptrackofthetime.wordpress.com/2021/02/17/the-years-of-our-lives-2004/

The text on this shirt says "this is a song about a girl" in Italian. Not too many of them here in the US but I left a ton of them in Italy when I played there several years back.
