Chashu Pork belly, Miso butter ball, Ajitsuke tamago, cabbage and scallion. Miso chicken broth. We’re very proud of this bowl, it’s one of the most hardy and tasty bowls we have made. It’s almost like a tsukemen broth. Super tasty.
