"Speak softly and carry a Big Stick and you will go far" are words uttered by Teddy Roosevelt, a famous Morale Officer. These are words that are very true for Boris. One word or glance from him could glass an entire planet, so his words and actions must be soft in comparison to the anger that cries for vengeance. Vengence for the years of his childhood spent suffering as a slave in a Vaughn Uranium mine. The stick he carries may look like an ordinary piece of wood, but is the focal point of the countless number of souls that died in that same Uranium Mine unable to rest until they have seen justice for their suffering. It is a REALLY BIG STICK. They are VERY angry souls. For the Ball he is wearing Traditional Bulgarian Festival attire hand made in his home village of Dyulevo complete with traditional weapons, though they are only for decoration.
