The plimp is an interesting concept, it's a hybrid of a plane and blimp. Personally I want to build a personal blimp lifted with hydrogen that is small enough to avoid state attention but capable of transporting small loads of cargo. I have worked out many of the details and aim for a cargo capacity of around 2000 kilos including myself as the pilot. It would be relatively small but would work well to get me in and out of remote locations where I could build my citadel.
