Got my hands on some 8.5" X 14' paper. On the one hand it's great because I have something to draw on, and also the length may allow me to draw full-body figures instead of just floating heads. On the other hand, this paper aint gonna fit in my scanner, so I'm gonna have to get creative when it comes to sharing my sketches with ya.

Also, you know what I love most about this joint? That while you're still facing a ceiling on how many characters you can use to express yourself, it aint so stiflingly small that you lose your unique voice while doing it. You can write shit that better reflects you as a person here than you can on Twitter, and I dig it. I know, I know. Facebook lets you type up novels to express simple concepts too, but that joint is run by Satan's towel boy and is just as stifling as Twitter is when it comes to yeeting folks who don't toe the Commie line.
That I can earn tokens for being myself is strangely effective positive feedback. Unlike Twitter, where being yourself puts you at risk of getting banned for anything --and more often than not nothing at all-- that you can earn tokens for letting it all hang out here on Minds reinforces that contrary to how Twitter leaves ya feeling about yourself you're not actually a horrible piece of shit that nobody wants anything to do with after all, and it encourages you to speak your mind. Or it does me, anyway. I dunno if I'm articulating it properly, but I'm extremely tired so that's the best I got for the moment. 😆
