These onions and leeks are from fresh seed purchased this year sown on February 9th, also grown entirely in the unheated greenhouse.

These onions, leeks and chives were sown on January 27th (using up what I had left of last year’s seed) and have been in the greenhouse the entire time. This is something that will germinate even with relatively low temperatures so there’s no need to waste the precious limited...See more
