Dear Friends, Jer 32:17  Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee: Have you ever felt discouraged? Well, you probably haven’t, but just try to imagine what some other poor soul might be going through. (He said facetiously). What do we do in the midst of our discouragement? Does it drive us from God or closer to Him? Discouragement means a lack of courage. This lack of courage can keep us from doing the things we know that we ought to do. To me the real essence of courage is to keep on keeping on. If you look at most of the great characters of the Bible, it seems like they were able to keep on keeping on in spite of turmoil from within and without. If you feel discouraged today do not let those temporary feelings keep you from keeping on. The discouragement will pass. Tomorrow will be a new and brighter day and you will have the peace of mind knowing that God was walking with you through today’s darkness. Remember that we serve God Almighty. 1Co 2:9  But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
