Picses/Aries Cusp GK 3-The Gift of Innovation This particular Gift releases the tendency to resist environmental influence, for better or for worse. By taking in the changes of the environment, one can become an active and co-creative participant. Even situations that arise that are "chaotic" or don't feel good can be transformed by remaining open to change/synthesis. It is playful alchemy. Children do this naturally if you observe them while they play. They react and respond to the environment, just as the environment is changed by their actions. This is taking the world in and envisioning what can be made next, taking the elemental chaos of the Divine and becoming a new I AM and allowing the mind to play. Kevin Harmer describes this process very well through his meditation techniques and working with the personality/"ego". The phrase that comes to mind is "now this." There's no erasure of feelings, thoughts, or emotions. Everything has a place and everything in it's place allows for the breathe of forward movement. "The Gift of Innovation requires then that adults also allow themselves to be shaped by their environment. This means that you must be as open-hearted and open-minded as a child. All perceived notions, dogmas or belief must be discarded when they no longer serve the developing synthesis. Innovation also requires a deep sense of inner trust....This is the sacred secret: life is designed to keep on innovating, and the old human with its single-celled island mentality has had its day."- R.Rudd. ~~~~~ I will note that the timing of Richard's video on transforming overwhelm is pretty perfect.
