Companies don't invest $1.5 billion in something that isn't a good risk and likely to rise in value. I think this is going to be a very good year for bitcoin and other crypto-currencies (though not all). There are some very good and very useful cryptocurrencies. There are also some cryptocurrencies that will go away because they bring nothing new to the table. The trick is telling the difference.
