One big thing I noticed about politics on Minds vs Twitter. You have more of a choice to engage and ignore politics here. On Twitter, they force politics into everything. Example; spacebuns. Just a person talking about cute game hair. Minds would have kept it as just games. Twitter turned it into a race issue that lasted weeks, doxxed the person who posted the pic, and only recently Nintendo mailed her and defended her by not giving in to the ridiculous demands that the hair be accessible to only players who were Black. Mind still has politics but the best thing about it is how you can balance it. When you want to discuss, you can. And when you don't you can chill and post other things without worrying if some fuckwit slides in and tries to 'educate you' on why you can or can not do something based on some non-connecting political issue.
