And with one paragraph deleted from Mr. Sandman this book just made itself a whole lot sadder. I feel like if you walk away from a book not excited, crying, or feeling anything then I failed at doing my job. I do the best I can to make you feel an extreme emotion.

My novel Dreamer... is probably one of the most miserable works of fiction on the planet. It's just miserable, but at the same time I tried to give the reader some hope in it. The entire plot is just depressing but beautiful imo.
