Shewolf Bride - 04 of 21 ish

https://www.studio-aegis.com/shewolf-bride---04-wip.html This one you can see a bit of the back and forth of the earlier rough gesture sketches mixed with some of the later more refined ones. Exposed to the light of the full moon, the mysterious woman begins to undergo a painful transformation. The 2 thieves as yet oblivious to the chain of events they've unwittingly set into motion as they seek out their prize in rooms further within the halls of the keep. I've always been of the mind set that a good monster transformation is the icing on the cake. If the cake is composed entirely of icing then your probably not going to enjoy yourself as much as you thought you were. Also that the transformation is only the start of where things get interesting. Too many rising artists stop there and never let us see what happens next. So I tried to make sure that this work has more connective tissue that will let us see some of the aftermath of these events and see how it affects the psychology of the person undergoing the transformation. Only time will tell if I end up being successful in my goals I just need to clear my plate of these side projects so I can get back to the meat and potatoes people have really been waiting for from me. :\

Heard this and felt like sharing. Alot of old School Godzilla fans seem to have a strange fixation on the scrapped movie villain Bagan. He finally had his night on the stage in Super Godzilla in ages past. I always loved Bagan's theme from that game. It felt so oppressive and heavy. Perfect for an entity filled with rage and disdain for all other life on the planet. This remix really pushes the horror vibes that would be easily be associated with such a character.
