SB763 by State Senator David Bullard this session in Oklahoma. Some municipalities already have EMTs that carry, but this bill will make a blanket allowance for it statewide. We should support it especially since it takes the Gun Free School Zones Act into account and provides Fire/EMTs with an exemption to the GFSZA.
