According to the "Dialectic Of Enlightenment" we shouldn't strive for liberty because it leads to fascism. We should instead implement some kind of Marxism even though it's basically the same kind of tyranny as fascism. The true dialectic of enlightenment is that America was founded upon negative liberty - self ownership, free speech, privacy, etc. - and Marxism and fascism are both it's anti-thesis as they espouse positive liberty tyranny a.k.a. forced collectivism.
