shit like this happens all the time at my house with the girls, especially, Pooch. ...on hold, waiting to talk to the unemployment people -- been on hold for 49 minutes and counting -- this is the first time I've been able to get through in TWO DAMN DAYS. I hope I don't have to take a shit.
