I watched my newborn daughter's eyes role around in her head uncontrollably after this shot. Then begged again to my baby's mother not to do it to my son. Because I'm not the primary care giver, I had no right to refuse the vaccines. Now I drive around with "Doctors are Nazis" on my car. Good times!!!
Since all western governments are marching to the same drum, I think this applies to Europe and all of the English speaking countries, as well as some developing nations.
