Vicarious Visions, a subsidiary of Activision, is being moved/merged into their Blizzard division. Blizzard is said to be working on more titles than ever. This fits with Activision's strategy of taking brands and milking all their IPs. Tencent doesn't do this. Tencent has the better studio strategy, like them or not.
