Due to the Google Play Store terms of service, NSFW content is not accessible when you download the Mind app. I suggest going to minds.com/mobile to download it there and it should fix hiding NSFW content of all types! I believe there are similar issues with iPhone users too but correct me if I'm wrong on that.
