Freshly Baked Sourdough
My first attempt at natural sourdough. A 20 hour process, but the light lovely loaf was worth the wait. Slightly sour, fine-textured, and soft loaf made of 4/5th freshly ground organic whole white/red wheat combination and 1 cup organic white, with a cup of starter, kindly donated by my cousin.
