I don't like Marco Rubio, but his statement and conclusion is right. WE NEED TO TAKE LEFTIST CORPORATIONS MONEY AWAY NO MATTER WHAT! Some Debbie Downers are saying that it won't be enough. But it will weaken them! And over time, as we encourage others to do the same they will crumble!
