I mean, look at society today. First, Bill Gates is wondering why the pandemic isn't widespread in Africa like other continents, then a vaccine comes up and then, all of a sudden, the COVID-19 cases in Africa(particularly Nigeria) starts spiking up. Doesn't that sound strange to you?
