Congress is truly corrupt. They pass a spending monstrosity and don't allow time for anyone to read it. They hoped (and probably got their wish) that the fact that the bill had $600 payouts so the citizens won't complain because they are getting "free" money and the Congressmen would vote for it because nobody wanted to be the one responsible for people not getting their "free" money. This Congress has already spent more than double this year's tax receipts. Spending is up and the economy is down, but they just keep spending their entire wish list. This is how a nation dies.
