I've been playing with the beans lol There's so many variables: temperature, roasting time, darkness, amount of beans; just to name a few, & each causes slightly different flavors. I'm having so much fun experimenting & sampling. I even made a batch of "White coffee", can't wait to try that 1. I'm roasting all these in a skillet on the stove, it's not as difficult as the internet made it appear😂😂😂 "Not for beginners"🤣🤣🤣 My OCD trumps that beginner BS, just keep'm moving.
