On the other front: I'm still working on that gyaru sequence. This is 6/14. I must be hating myself if I'm so bent on using bent perspective (i think you can make out perspective guides on the back).

Gamedev update Been working on a boss entity sprite. This one will span across several screens and you would have to fly above his armor to seek out vulnerable structures in order to beat him. It's main body is 99% ready, so I think it's safe to show you. #gamedev

Gamedev stuff So, It's that time where I again present you another pre-alpha-beta-whatever-name-popular-today release. As you might've guessed (if you're new) this release is not one of a finished game, but rather of a development build for you to inspect game progress and possibly help me with testing. Mind that I didn't test the release in build - only in debug mode and it turns out there may be problems with that - last time released binaries didn't spawn bullets while in debug I was shooting just fine. To those that already played the first level I have an offering in form of a button thta takes you straight to the second level. I also hopefully refined the save system so that it works properly when moving from level to level. It should transfer whatever you have on your ship to next levels and restart the level appropriately. Also, quick save and quick load (f5 and f9) were improved. Loading is faster since I bothered to clean after myself in loading part of the save system. Lastly, second level isn't finished 100% yet, but should be playable and (more importantly!) completable. It contains content I was briefly posting about lately, but lacks music. Please, send your feedback on the design and balance if you have any. Like if the find the spiral too tedious; maybe I'll nerf it more. Also level features two secret areas, kudos if you find them.
