The cannabutter wasn’t emulsified PERFECTLY due to the fact that I had milk solids still left. Not that much of an issue tho. Once the butter became hard to touch the milk separated to the bottom while the oils rose to the top. I poked a hole at the top of the fat and just tipped the jar upside drown draining out all the leftover milk and water. 1 and a half sticks of cannabutter left made from about 4 grams of weed in total
Half a pan of brownies left and more than a stick and a half left of cannabutter. I used 3.5 grams of various strains along with .5 of a oil cartridge to make this batch of brownies. It was my first time making them and they turned out great. Just one brownie has got me high. I will for sure make them again soon and will film the next time I do it.
