I received a packet of Voter Information for Maryland Voters. Maryland is almost completely DUMBocrat ruled. Even the Governor is a Republican in Name Only (RINO), elected and re-elected only because he is a puppet for the DUMBocrats. The packet, from the Carroll County Board of Elections, specifically states: " Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we ... encourage you to vote by mail." No way. I am voting in-person. F*ck you Maryland!
