Following human rights lawyer Anon Nampa's arrest earlier this evening, Baramee Chairat, coordinator of the Assembly of the Poor, has been arrested due to his participation in the 18 July protest and has been taken to the Samranrat Police Station. Baramee is currently seeking bail. At 23.50, Tattep Ruangprapaikitseree and Suwanna Tanlek, both of whom are on the list of activists being targeted for arrest due to their participation in the 18 July protest, came to the Samranrat Police Station. The police delivered the arrest warrant for Suwanna and took her inside the station, while Tattep and two other people are waiting outside as the police has not delivered their arrest warrants. At 00.30, Korakot Saengyenpan, member of the Democracy Restoration Group and another participant in the 18 July protest, also received an arrest warrant as he arrived at the Samranrat Police Station. Meanwhile, a crowd gathered in front of the Samranrat Police Sttion, with a number of people coming over from the Chana Songkhram Police Station, where Anon is being held. Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit and Pannika Wanich, leaders of the Progressive Movement, also came to monitor the situation and invited students who were gathering in front of the police station to join a discussion about Thai politics.
