Have you lost a good relationship because of Genotype?

This is a very serious case that has robbed a lot of people of being with the one they love as they wouldn't want to have kids with the SS genotype..... Funny enough, a lot of people are many years into their relationships and they don't even know if they are compatible as far as genotype is concerned. A lot of people don't even care about this and even go ahead to marry and cause nothing but pain to their future children. So, to the house, have you lost a relationship due to genotype.
