From the beginning of Chapter 13 in the book of Hebrew, we learn that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hence his coming into the world signifies the end of an era and the start of a new one. One that is filled with grace and mercy. His coming changed our mode of sacrifice and the way we show appreciation to God.
