**NEW JERSEY Pulp Adventure Con in November is on! 21 Years and still going. **What is it with these hotels? Both our Florida location in February and New Jersey hotel for November had become a problem. So we had to skip this year in Florida—but count on coming South next year. Meanwhile, this February, Rich Harvey took a quick trip north to find a bright, clean and spacious hotel for the NOVEMBER 7, 2020 PULP ADVENTURE CON. Bold Venture Press has a new Larry Kent, P.I. double novel -- #4: Scorpio & Terror Below Scorpio: A scientist in Switzerland had perfects a synthetic fuel cheaper and cleaner than oil … and everyone wants it. Terror Below: The Night People were an urban myth, weren’t they? Unless Larry Kent can find multi-millionaire Gordon Pierson’s missing daughter, Pierson will mobilize the National Guard and clean out New York City's sewers with guns and flamethrowers. https://www.boldventurepress.com/larry-kent-scorpio-terror-below/

Pulp Fiction reprint of a Johnston McCulley story at his best: Tales of Zorro's Old California: Señor Vulture The masked rider doesn't show up in these tales, but other characters from McCulley's Zorro novels populate the pueblos and hills and show more of the early days of Spanish rule on the North American west coast. Mission San Juan Capistrano received grim tidings from the runner El Viento, the Wind. He told of the coming of one Marcos Palma — known far and wide as Señor Vulture, a black-clad rider carrying papers from the governor. Many feared for their community, but that rascal Juan Bardoso, innkeeper and ex-pirate, saw a challenge — and profit! Cover art by Francisco Silva https://www.boldventurepress.com/senor-vulture/
