The EU mafia have a new "foreign minister". His name is Josep Borrel and he is very stupid. This nasty individual got spat at by members of the Spanish government, and it's hardly a surprise. Borrel was convicted of insider dealing and is now officially a criminal. This criminal is also the EU's head of diplomacy, so you can imagine how things will turn out.
