A little over three weeks ago, Minds got the brilliant idea to allow onchain boosters to make 10K-view boosts ( the normal max is 5K). As you can imagine, as a result of this, the queue naturally backs up more and more every day. So as the boost queue backed up to around 9-days and beyond, Minds came up with the solution to AUTO-REJECT boosts that are over 72 hours old. Since then Minds has admitted this in a blog post: "After we rolled out the ability to boost for up to 10,000 views OnChain the network experienced backlog from overwhelming demand." Now, many of us haven't been able to get a boost off in 7 days or more. This is what we now call the BoostBan. Minds is trying to make it like this is some sort of bug, or something that needs fixing and that developers have been working for weeks looking for a 'fix'. There is no 'fix'. Simply discontinue the 10K-view boosts, so things can go back to normal, and all of us can once again get off our boosts....sheesh...stop this nonsense. However, they refuse to roll back the changes that even they admit are causing the problem. ............................................................................................................................................................ #boostban #asthebulbdims #mindsusergroup #nonsense #luculentgif
