Many thanks to the Sonoma Index-Tribune for printing my letter about 5G transmitters. "What health effects can constant, close proximity exposure to this radiation have on our children? On pregnant women? We’ll find out in about 20 years when it is announced that we were the guinea pigs in a Verizon/AT&T study. "For me there is no greater subject than history. How a man can study it and not be forced to become a philosopher, I cannot tell." ~George E. Wilson Love history but never seem to time to read it? Join me on A People's Historian and we'll read history together, for about half an hour. The federal government has no problem sending your children off to fight wars that have nothing to do with our freedom or defense of this nation- wars that enrich oil barons and disaster capitalists. And they have no problem using your tax dollars to fund these wars. Many of these wars are not called wars at all, but "military aid" or "military support". Our government uses our children to prop up dictatorships like el-Sisi in Egypt, Duterte in The Philippines or Bolsonaro in Brazil. And when our soldiers, our children, return home, what do they get for their troubles? Insufficient veteran's benefits, insufficient medical care- often that they have to fight to receive, particularly if they've been affected by burn pits- and a lot of people saying "Thank you for your service"? Many veterans even wind up homeless. Not good enough. If we are not prepared to take care of our veterans properly, we should not be sending them into combat situations. And unless another country is actually, and physically, invading our country, they should not be sent into combat at all, especially not to enrich billionaires. Yemen, Ukraine, Niger, Colombia, Guatemala, where does it end? None of these countries are threatening us. None of these countries is capable of presenting a real threat to us. We must transform what has been U.S. foreign policy for the last 120 years- we must stop interfering in other countries. The human race has to evolve away from killing and exploiting and arresting each other. Our campaign is 100% funded by individual donations from people just like you.
