Development updates for Sprint 31

What we worked on during 31st sprint 

• Do not allow an entity in an accepted boost state to be deleted or edited (gitlab)
• UI updates for onchain Boost payment process in new dynamic boost system (gitlab)
• Enable new dynamic boosts in the rotator and in-feed slots to show for users  (gitlab)
• A user should be able to hide a boost and they should not see it again in any boost slots (gitlab)
• Onchain Boost payment process for new dynamic boost system (gitlab)
• Add Boost option to all posts (gitlab)
• Update slider behavior for cash boost modal (gitlab)
• Create UI entry point for in-app user verification (gitlab)
• Cleanup guest mode and reimplement (gitlab)
