Healthcare & a new Social Base

Rising healthcare costs threaten the well-being of all Americans and have become a primary issue for voters. The social safety net could likewise be reformed to benefit our nation equitably and responsibly without perverse incentives.

Replace Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Disability Insurance, and other forms of welfare with inflation-adjusted Universal Basic Income for American citizens.

Build a national care system for the general healthcare of American citizens alongside private insurance and the private healthcare industry, creating a two-tiered healthcare system. Allow nurses to hold more responsibility for patient care.

End subsidies for the sugar and beef industries.

Under specific circumstances, abortion may be an appropriate medical care procedure within Social Base. Every child also deserves a healthy mind and body.

Ailing citizens have the right to pass away with dignity and peace through physician approved euthanasia within Social Base.

Immigration & Citizenship

A nation is not merely a list of laws and a set of values. Any nation is also a people with a common heritage and a lauded ethnic-cultural identity from which culture springs. The United States was, until very recently, demographically defined by a European-American supermajority.

Repeal the Immigration and Naturalization Act entirely and enact an immigration moratorium.

Complete the physical barrier across the southern border, dramatically increase Immigration & Customs Enforcement prevalence in the interior, and institute mandatory e-verify. Issue an Executive Order to end the unconstitutional policy of birthright citizenship with retroactive effects, as these individuals were not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof”. All undocumented immigrants, almost all refugees, and almost all other arrivals since the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965 must remigrate.

Modernize the Social Base system with cryptographic identification, as has been proposed to update social security, in order to curb document falsification.

Our Economy

The stark trend of rising inequality, deindustrialization, and consumption-based growth is not sustainable for our nation or our world.

Cease the income tax for most Americans. Lower, simplify, and equalize the income tax for corporations and the successful. Instead, a moderately progressive Consumption & Carbon tax for all should become the primary source of tax revenue.

Simplify other elements of the tax code. Excessively tax foreign remittances. The capital gains tax should equal that of any other labor income.

Protect American industry in the international arena. Tariffs are a legitimate tool.

While we may delay certain forms through legislation, we cannot prevent automation indefinitely.

Commence a new public works program for the completion of new infrastructure projects such as the southern border and Hyperloop if necessary.

Education

The primary school education system is failing to prepare students for employment, and the university system is not sufficiently invested in the attainment outcomes of American students.

Mandate accredited colleges and universities to co-sign the educational loans of their students.

Require more significant STEM, IT, and financial literacy education in the primary school curriculum.

Recreate the JFK Challenge and renew the renowned La Sierra High School physical education program for all school districts.

Respect specialized, parochial, and charter school endeavors.

Transportation

Our nation has the opportunity to vastly surpass the transportation infrastructure of other developed nations in an ecologically responsible manner.

Cease investment in interstate highway, railway, and commercial air travel infrastructure development.

Instead, invest in and deploy the Hyperloop between cities to bring our transportation infrastructure into the future for American citizens.

Energy

The United States has the opportunity to renew its own once stunning manufacturing capability and transition towards renewable energy independence in one iniatitive.

Invest in and transition towards domestic manufacturing of renewable energy and nuclear power.

Our Democracy

Pass a Constitutional Amendment to reverse Citizens United v. FEC if necessary.

Recognize public social media, web hosts, and financial services as part of the modern public square and prevent political censorship. Platforms are not publishers.

Require federal officials to maintain American citizenship exclusively.

Reduce restrictions on renouncing American citizenship.

Declare mid-term and general election days as federal holidays.

Restore voting rights to released criminals after successful parole.

Social Justice

Offer Tribal Nations complete sovereignty and independence from the jurisdiction of the United States government.

Cease failed racial integration and resettlement efforts in the United States, starting at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Respect free association and healthy community formations.

Foreign Policy

Disengage from most overseas theatres and military endeavors. Bring the troops home and considerably reduce military expenditure. Decommission, recycle, and sell off elements in the current arsenal to support allies, more easily maintain American defense capabilities, and better adapt for the future.

Conclusion

What if identitarians began taking the reigns of power? This platform is neither a remedy for every American issue, nor is it a complete policy wish list for nationalists and identitarians. Instead, this platform is a practical, forward-looking proposal which could be achievable with the attentive support of a genuine, identitarian congressional caucus and motivated by a mass patriotic movement.
