Just kidding. 😉 If it makes you (and your taste buds) happy, then you’re probably doing more harm than good by avoiding it.

You can absolutely be healthy and enjoy junk food! Now, is it something you should consume every day? Probably not. But avoiding a food you love isn’t magically going to make you “healthy.”

Our health is a mixture of several factors, one being our emotional well-being. When has a restrictive diet ever made you feel happy?

Now, that’s not to say you should eat whatever you want whenever you want. 😛 Take some time to listen to your body first. Give it what it’s craving, yes, but avoid eating out of boredom, stress, or anger.

There’s nothing wrong with indulging, even if it’s a little bit every day. Just let your body decide when you’ve had enough, NOT your emotions. (You’ll probably find that going into the kitchen in a positive mood will make you crave more nutritious foods anyway.)

So, eat when you’re hungry and eat what you enjoy—even if it’s some Cheetos. đŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™€ïž
