You can absolutely be healthy and enjoy junk food! Now, is it something you should consume every day? Probably not. But avoiding a food you love isnât magically going to make you âhealthy.â
Our health is a mixture of several factors, one being our emotional well-being. When has a restrictive diet ever made you feel happy?
Now, thatâs not to say you should eat whatever you want whenever you want. đ Take some time to listen to your body first. Give it what itâs craving, yes, but avoid eating out of boredom, stress, or anger.
Thereâs nothing wrong with indulging, even if itâs a little bit every day. Just let your body decide when youâve had enough, NOT your emotions. (Youâll probably find that going into the kitchen in a positive mood will make you crave more nutritious foods anyway.)
So, eat when youâre hungry and eat what you enjoyâeven if itâs some Cheetos. đ€·đŒââïž
