Yep I still use these. They run perfectly fine and you can get them relatively cheap. Will run most modern things (and most older games up to about 10 years ago, as well as some modern Linux games). Very useful for cheap mini servers if you want a service but don't wanna pay someone else to do it for you, stuff like this lets you save some money.
