For what it’s worth, I like Evan Williams. I always keep a bottle of the Bonded bourbon on hand.

Blended Scotch. As normal as can be. Got it in Norway airport, for the price of a beer. Actually palatable, even good. As inoffensive as can be. Not ruined by ice, so if you wish it to last a little bit longer... It does smooth up some by it though. Can recommend for the average whiskey enjoyer, advanced nerds won't really get much out of it. It's not strange or distinctive enough. Can't prattle on about how peaty it is or some such nonsense. Good stuff. One of the better buys at the airport.

Loch Lomond Single malt scotch. 80 proof. Normal, inoffensive stuff. Ice smooths it up a bit, but it doesn't really need that. Actually very good to drink, above average as cheap stuff goes, but nothing you'll remember later. Wanna nerd out? This isn't for you. Just wanna drink something pleasant? Try this. Doesn't really go well with coffee, which is unusual. Nothing against this. For when you just crave whiskey. Many worse things out there.

New Riff, Sour Mash, Bottled in Bond. This is an outstanding bourbon. Nice bite to it. Long, strong finish.

Small batch. Hand bottled. Hand labeled. Very smooth. A little caramel, and oddly, cherry and citrus on the finish but not sweet. Smoother than I expected for 117 proof. No alcohol burn at all.

Famous Grouse

Whiskey flavored whiskey. Blended. Nothing special, but not disappointing. I prefer it with ice, but only because it lasts longer that way. Remarkaby non-descript. Just... whiskey. Can't complain.
