I think it's fair to recognize that children are over medicated in the West. So what's an alternative approach to handling the little jackals after they reach that age when they get too jumpy? Make them play Bump 'n' Jump.
Bump 'n' Jump holds up well today. It's intuitive enough that even a 5-year old can pick up and play, but will take them some time to absorb the subtleties of knowing when to bump, when to jump, and when to sit still and shut up.
16 courses and a handful of catchy tunes makes this a pleasant ride, so it won't aggro you too much while driving. Each environment gets it's own theme, so you can hear when they finally made it to the next level-- which won't come easy. Your child will crash and die a lot, which will only serve as a reminder of what could happen if they keep fooling around.
