What shouldn't we share on Facebook

As we know Facebook wants to broker our information to play the middle man. Therefore less information is always better. I have nothing against showing me ads, because I would like other people to see my ads too. So business is business! But I always try to keep my personal information for myself. Our Facebook friends and followers are not real. We might know 5% of them personally while the rest is following us for one reason or the other. So why share information! Keep it private.

I dont see a reason for sharing a personal phone number on Facebook, unless it is for business purpose. You never know who is our there and who might call you. Facial recognition is another thing we dont really need and it is better to disable it. Anyone can share a private photo and everybody would see if if Facebook recognizes you. I always think it is better to keep private life and work separate. It is better to remain a mystery than to be easy to track.

The relationship status, birthday or location should be kept for ourselves. I dont see any point of sharing the relationship status that can change at anytime followed by frustration or even happiness. It isnt safe to share any important information like credit card details on Facebook Messenger, because once the account is hacked problems will follow. We reached a time where everything is crystal clear to everybody anywhere, so it is more enjoyable to remain a mystery :D
