At the Feet of the Ancestors: Pen Illustration

I've got a new piece just finished, an 11 by 14 inch micron pen illustration of a gnarled old tree on a mountain top. Prints available in my redbubble shop!

 The process started a long while ago, with an older version of this piece that I ruined by placing a badly drawn person at the foot of the tree. It took focus away from the tree in general. With this piece, I focused all my attention an detail on the tree itself to let it shine through and captivate attention.
