➤ 2 kinds of kale de-stemmed
➤ loads of chopped garlic
➤ saute garlic in olive oil
➤ pour over kale allowing the hot garlic oil to soften the kale (toss as you pour)
➤ toast pine nuts
➤ juice Meyer lemons (regular lemons work great too)
➤ cranberry raisins
➤ add all ingredients to giant bowl and toss
I had a cup of pomegranate seeds which I added this time as an experiment. Place in refrigerator to serve later chilled. Since kale is hearty this can be made well in advance. Enjoy.
