Borser; the new era of cryptocurrency
Technology today has brought with it many innovations to the world. Some of its contributions are the ease of communication and doing business. One technological success is cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is a distributed decentralized ledger built on a blockchain(shared database) which was developed as a means of commerce for fast, secure, easy and private transactions.

Borser, through CrowdingFunds will allow start-up companies to raise capital for their business by using an Initial Coin Offering(ICO) which is synonymous to Initial Public Offering(IPO).
Unlike in IPO where a company becomes listed on the stock market from being private, in ICO, the company becomes listed in a digital cryptocurrency exchange. Entrepreneurs and companies will be able to raise money through CrowdingFunds by creating a token using Borser. Once the funds required by the company has been raised, they will proceed to an ICO.
Companies will be able to create three types of tokens:
1. Tokens backed by common shares of the company
2. Tokens backed by preferred shares of the company
3. Tokens that can be considered a pre-sale of a product.

Mi Wall Street
After the CrowdingFunds, all tokens with successful ICO will be listed on the Mi Wall Street, which is similar to the global stock market. Mi Wall Street will be a platform for investors where they can have multi-currency accounts funded either with Borser's cryptocurrency or FIAT currency. It will give the investors opportunities to trade their tokens with other cryptocurrencies.
Mi Wall Street serving as a bockerage will charge close to nothing in offering their services to clients. Also, clients can create a trading account to carry out all their transaction which will be managed by Mi Wall Street called managed accounts. The clients will be charged some percentage of the profits generated depending on the size of each account; the bigger the account, the smaller the percentage charge.
Mi Wall Street will also generate trading signals with consistent accurate results through expert traders. Anyone who pays for trading signals will be provided an ELITE membership by Mi Wall Street.
