Gynocentrlism is always taking the woman's point of view to the detriment of others almost to the grounds of female supremacy.

That is what I exactly got from hearing other people talk about it and reading a variety of definitions.

(My Opinion)

At the end of the day people must be hired upon merit. The laws are only going to get worse if people keep pandering to the feminists and other selfish individuals. These laws will come to you no matter what country you live in. Almost all the Western countries have the same laws and they're just getting dumber eventually the government is gonna destroy companies.

Hopefully individuals come to their senses. You can out clown them. You are a masculine presenting transgendered lesbian😂😂 Let go of useless pride play the game and win!!! Do you not want that $15 hours or that pay raise in general.
