Neutrality is not:

- Pacifism, Passiveness, Buddhism, Ghandism, Humbleness, Groveling, Submissiveness, Doing Nothing, Non-confrontational, Sweeping things under the carpet, apathy, indifference, lovelessness, robotic, etc.

Neutrality is:

- Standing for the truth, Balance between positive and negative in equal measure (not to be confused with good and bad), Modesty, Certainty of self and self knowledge and wisdom, individualism, fairness, unity, harmony, naturalness, and love

Neutrality means, therefore, also to be active in relation to bearing responsibility in regard to the open naming and denouncing of the existing facts and the wrong ways of behavior of all those who govern the world, as, however, also all their myrmidons and vassals who carry out their orders in ways of war, terrorism or other ways unworthy of humans. On Neutral Positive Thought:

Liberation from the suffering of a psychically ill human being can only be achieved by the use of neutral-positive thinking. This does not mean to be thinking of something opposite to the suffering, but instead the thinking must deal with real neutral-positive thinking that has nothing indirectly or directly to do with the complaint that the human being is suffering from.

Thoughts can be divided into only two forms - positives or negatives.

Negatives means in this case bad, ungood, denying and doubting thoughts, which undermine the morality, the psyche and one’s advancement. Like magnets, these negative thoughts attract bad people, all evil and everything that is bad. In this way every form of failure and disharmony is brought into the human being’s life. Power and health are weakened, and unconcernedness emerges, and eventually, everything is propelled into self-destruction.

On the other hand, positive thoughts build up one’s attitude towards life to be well and healthy. These positive thoughts build and strengthen good character and virtues, pull towards one those desirable to have around them, as well as things and assistants and true friends. Success and happiness become the constant companion.

What needs to be understood is that the human being needs the negatives, just as he or she needs the positives - that is, the negatives and the positives need to be equalised, otherwise the positive can become too big, or top-heavy and lead to the human nature being very badly out of control. The negatives in life have to be experienced and acknowledged and dealt with neutrally. But of course, this in no way means that one should try to cause negatives. So, the negative pulls near to it all bad and terrible things, while the positive-normal or neutral-positive equalisedness, attracts all the best and life-affirming to it.

If a human being thinks only with a positive view, with excessive ‘goodness’, this can lead to disadvantage through being exploited by third parties, mostly through humility created by religions. However, with healthy normal thinking positive-negative is equalised, and attracts to it all that is best and life affirming. So, just as many positive as negative thoughts must be present, but without any being out of control of the good human nature. (Ausartung)

Truly neutral-positive thinking means that truly completely neutral material must be used to think, something that in no way is related to bad things.

But, how does one think truly neutral-positively?

Although the answer is very simple, a certain gravity lies in the fact that the bad must be brought under control in the subconscious and be neutralised. This means that the consciousness must begin to rule over the battered psyche via the subconscious, so that the subconscious recognises the thought processes of the consciousness as knowledge or facts. To achieve this can be difficult, as the subconscious constantly tries to break through the heavy load of bad things. Therefore, it is imperative that there are continuous attempts to push them away and replace them with neutral thought or a neutral-positive wish-dream, which slowly but surely superimposes and neutralises the bad that arises in the subconscious.

A wish-dream provides the best neutral-positive thinking, but also other ideas can be used. The wish-dream for most human beings, is simpler and easier to use than any other neutral-positive thinking material. Neutral-positive thinking material should also not address the current bad thing happening or complaint. This must not be thought about, for the subconscious must not be reminded of the current bad situation or complaint – that is, the subconscious must not have its attention drawn to the bad situation or complaint, and in this way it can recover slowly. It is in this way that the subconscious is slowly neutralised.

This also applies if a human being is suffering from the effects of religion. As long as human beings do not position themselves neutrally, they will never find the truth – as long as they do not liberate themselves in the subconscious, from all learnings and irrational teachings of religion and do not go against it by being neutral, the human beings will remain dependent and misguided. It is only neutrality to all things and factors that guarantees a free thinking process without prejudice, which leads to the truth. If however, the thinking material is influenced by some doubts, prejudices or religious views, etc., it is not able to be thought of neutrally, therefore no uninfluenced end-target can be found. It is only the absolutely neutral thinking form that guarantees unbiased finding of the reality and the truth. This is so with all things, and always without exception that a neutral form of thinking must be worked out to lead to the reality, the truth.

"Neutrality", probably no other concept reveals the difference between theory and practice as seriously.

This only becomes really apparent when one grapples with the topic seriously and deeply, from which then awareness also arises that applied neutrality quite conclusively makes everyday life easier.

Hence one can assume that practicing neutral-positive thinking and behavior, is the basis for life proceeding successfully, happily, peacefully and harmoniously.

If the discussion is about neutrality, this concept is often seen as too theoretical, because what really lies behind it and what lived neutrality demands of the person, is only realized when the person deals with it in detail. The person must know that learning a neutral-positive way of thinking conforms to creational law, and only if he actually learns it, can he consciously take on self-responsibility in life.

Hence it is not fitting for the study of the spirit lessons to be concerned in detail with physical and scientific laws and to acquire knowledge and proficiency in related knowledge areas, and on account of this to arrive at the conclusion thus to have satisfactorily fulfilled his striving for evolution, if this extremely important part of the spirit lessons is neglected.

Basically it can be said, that it is certainly not so, that the person can decide at the touch of a button, to behave neutrally from now on, because neutrality must be learnt with great effort by every single person.

This is because people do not learn from an early age to perceive the actually existing reality with neutral-objectivity, but according to their respective ways of thinking and the feelings emerging from it and emotions mixed with all their ideas, assumptions, prejudices and subjective judgments.

The infant has the natural ability to make his environment real with pure-observing however, this is lost very quickly in the course of growing older, because the external influences which have a substantial effect on the childlike nature, promotes illogicality, incorrect assumptions, bad habits, inability to cope with life etc. and this affects his mental block.

This is not satisfactory, because instead of young people being instructed about the truth of existence and the creational laws and directives, cult-religious and sectarian nonsense is drummed into them.

If mistakes in education and negative environmental factors are not neutralized by self-education, which already begins around the seventh year of life, illogicality, wrong practices, bad habits etc., become dragged along till adulthood and reinforced.

Accordingly many people are weighed down, feel unhappy, and are subject to their fears and aggressions with the subsequent contamination of themselves and their environment.

Should however, the wish come true, which is profoundly present in every person and pressing for realization, namely that love, peace, freedom, joy and harmony should dwell permanently within him, it cannot be acquired without a change of direction to a neutral-positive way of thinking and behaving, and to study in this regard, the important creational laws and to apply them in his daily living with his fellow men, according to his attained understanding. The fact that successful practice of meditation and the possibilities for the use of consciousness powers developing from it, are dependent on progress in the development of neutrality, is of fundamental importance.

In every domain in which people turn to creational laws, their existence becomes foremost truly worth living, which is why with an increasing capacity, as they behave neutrally towards their environment and within themselves, an increasingly perceptible and wholesome balance unfurls inside them.

All negative feelings, and emotions like annoyance, frustration, disappointment, fear, grief, insults, feelings of self-injury etc., which dwells within the person, that burden the psyche and prevent the inner peace, love, joy and harmony from arising, fall away if an increasingly neutral-positive manner in dealing with himself and his fellow men resides within.

In practice, the acquisition of a neutral manner and approach, by oneself, towards our fellow-men, and the whole environment also for seriously determined people, is unquestionably a real challenge.

Only too quickly does the laboriously erected building called neutrality collapse like a house of cards onto itself, if even great effort is not rewarded and people in apparent ingratitude seek out your sore spot/painful point, in order to begin a frontal attack.

However, from a negative action can also originate something of value, because it could bring to the surface an existing underlying problem, which in the next step could lead to the acquisition of neutrality whereby one can aim at its removal.

It depends always on how a matter is evaluated and is processed.

The fact that it is inevitable that one is confronted in everyday life and in professional life with aggressive and self-opinionated peers makes it difficult for many people.

However, cynical, dominant and aggressive peers cannot win any power over their fellow men, if they do not get involved in it, but instead take a neutral inner posture.

This way, one leaves the negative action with the instigator and thereby empowers himself and his own well-being. Offensiveness, insults and verbal injuries have no chance if one does not allow them to become effective in one’s own consciousness.

All people more or less, have events, pictures, occurrences, observations, experiences etc., stored in their subconscious and in memory, which do not correspond to the respective reality and therefore self-created distorted prejudices, presumptions and wrong interpretations etc. reach into their inner being.

The impulses from the subconscious are shaped accordingly.

These impulses must be registered and vigilantly neutralized, because only in this way one succeeds in making appropriate perceptions in order to attain from it learning, knowledge, awareness, experience and wisdom.

Many people have the tendency, to face new, unknown and foreign things, sceptically, with bias, super-critically and quite often full of distrust.

In order to be able to fathom new, unknown and foreign things however, there is needed an impartial, observant, objective and reasonable way of thinking.

Only this action guarantees a result corresponding to the facts.

Well-intentioned welfare, misunderstood sense of duty etc. – reasons, which encourage interference in the lives of fellow human beings and thus limiting their personal freedom, are quite numerous.

Knowledge about the direct responsibility of every single person as well as the fact that every person walks a completely personal, unique life, which did not have its beginning only in this life but was shaped through countless former personalities, should be of assistance to behave neutral-positively and to be able to renounce uninvited interference.

It is very unfortunate that many people make living together so difficult by frequent conflicts and disharmony. Frequently ridiculous misunderstandings are the origin of disagreements which can lead in the end to life-long hostility – misunderstandings which are built more upon supposition, prejudices, sensitivity and so on. If only one time, a neutral, objective and untangled/clear conversation was held, much balance could be achieved and thereby unnecessary and burdensome disagreements be prevented.

Very many people are afraid of negative experiences; besides, it is also not considered that a lot of value can come from negative experiences, if the positive that is contained in all the negatives are acted upon.

This is e.g., the case when a person has a serious illness or has suffered an accident, begins to think profoundly about his own life thereby deviating from a superficial interpretation of life and developing from this virtues like sympathy, empathy, understanding, helpfulness, tolerance, etc.

For the welfare of the person it is quite significant to understand life as a constant learning process and to accept positive as well as negative experiences as necessary steps in striving for evolutionary progress.

This means that one would always be more successful due to the efforts to master neutrality and everyday life with its challenges ahead, making the most of all situations with more calm and balance.

Synopsis

Billy and Ptaah continue the discussion regarding the events in Israel, in the Gaza Strip and in Lebanon. And Neutrality Thinking .

... Two hours ago I received a telephone call whereby a man complained that I thereby abused the neutrality of the Swiss and had trampled it with feet, because in my bulletins and in our contact reports I do not remain neutral, rather I say my opinion in regard to politics, the punishment practices and the war machinations as well as terrorist machinations of especially the USA, Israel, Hezbollah, Hamas and Al-Qaida, and so forth.

The man, a Swiss, was of the opinion that I should hold my "snout" regarding this because the neutrality of the Swiss demands that, subsequently a "ripping open the snout", as I do, injures the neutrality of our country, damages it and brings our land much harm.

Ptaah:

That is nonsense and a misunderstanding of neutrality.

Billy:

Indeed I think that too.

For my part I am of the view that, quite especially, in the exercising of neutrality is anchored the obligation that one is not permitted to be silent in regard to politics and punishment practices, as well as war and terrorist machinations, rather they must be talked about and the actual facts must be named clearly, openly and in a strikingly hard manner.

In my opinion, keeping silent does not mean neutrality, rather tolerance and the promotion of the political, punishment-related, religious, militaristic and terrorist atrocities.

Every human who knows these things, and thereby the truth of the facts, and is silent over them, makes himself guilty of irresponsibility and of a crime against all humans who come to death or damage through political, militaristic, religious, sectarian, war-related, criminal and terrorist behaviors and actions.

Neutrality means, therefore, also to be active in relation to bearing responsibility in regard to the open naming and denouncing of the existing facts and the wrong ways of behavior of all those who govern the world, as, however, also all their myrmidons and vassals who carry out their orders in ways of war, terrorism or other ways unworthy of humans.

Neutrality obliges talking, and the open and clear naming of the effective facts in every relationship, and regarding every party, subsequently one (party) is not permitted to be given preference and the other disadvantaged.

Therefore neutrality obliges that political, religious, sectarian, militaristic, punishment-related - to which also torture and death penalty belong - and terrorist machinations and crimes, are openly pointed out and denounced, and indeed it's all the same which governments, authorities and countries are entangled therein.

However, all that has nothing to do with politicizing, thus thereby that a political actuation would come about through the naming of the effective facts, because, fundamentally, it only thereby concerns the free expression of opinion, which must be the human obligation if he wants to bear his responsibility.

In particular, this free expression of opinion and the bearing of responsibility is, however, necessary in regard to the maintenance of neutrality, because this does not mean silence, rather talking, and indeed talking in the form and manner that the effective facts of all contracting parties and parties, and so forth, which are a stumbling block, become named, and their machinations must be named clearly, openly and without whitewashing.

That, however, first rightly means to maintain neutrality, which obligates the showing of the facts and the demand that war, terror, torture and other crimes and atrocities, as well as the murderous infliction of punishment, and so forth, are attributed and abolished for the benefit of a true peace, or at least a peaceful co-existence.

- That, my friend, is my understanding in regard to neutrality, which is not permitted to simply alone be impartiality and its restriction of not actively interfering in political, military, terrorist and war-related behavior, and also not in religious, sectarian and world-view denominations of other states.

Neutrality is very much more, because humanity is also anchored in it as well as human dignity and reverence for all life.

And what I still want to say to that, is that I rip open my "snout" because I know my responsibility as a human and as a neutral Swiss citizen, as, however, because also that is my right, as in article 19, "Freedom of Opinion and Information" in "General Explanation of the Rights of the Human" as stands written in the following:

"Every human has the right to free expression of opinion; this right extends to the freedom to adhere, unhampered, to opinions, and to seek, to perceive and to spread information and ideas with all means of understanding without consideration of restrictions".

The primitive-stupid saying that many Swiss people maintain the use of, "I have no opinion because I am, as a Swiss person, neutral" has nothing to do with neutrality, rather with cowardice and irresponsibility.

What do you think of my opinion?

Then I still have essentially only one question regarding Lebanon. Do you know what the Israelis actually have up their sleeve there?

Ptaah:

On one hand they want to conquer Hezbollah, and indeed its all the same what it costs in human lives and material, and so forth.

With that they want to prove themselves as an unconquerable power and thereby frighten the Arabian countries.

On the other hand they want to bring the southern areas of Lebanon under their control whereby it is also important to them that they can advance far into Lebanese land.

The abduction of the two Israeli soldiers through the Hezbollah was, for the state powers of Israel and the mighty military ones, only a mendacious pretext in order to be able to expand into Lebanon.

For their purpose they do not shrink in horror from either any kind of war crimes, or from knowingly killing children and women through well-considered attacks of the air force and ground troops, which they, however, deny in every case, and meanwhile describe the entire thing as oversights and the like.

Today I stayed in the Lebanese war area and, with horror, had to recognize the real truth which is not recognized by the world and also is kept secret from the Israeli people.

What is also to say in the same breath, however, regarding Hezbollah, relates in the same measure thereon, that these behave in the same criminal manner with their rocket attacks on Israel as the Israeli armed forces, because even this so-called freedom organization murders innocent humans through their rockets, even if not precisely in the monstrous measure as happens through the Israeli aggressors.

Billy :

And that entire matter naturally further advances hate on both sides.

Also the hate of Israel by the Arabs of all Arabic and other Islamic countries grows naturally without bounds, which ultimately can lead to Israel yet still being attacked by united Arabic armed forces and razed to the ground.

I can thereby vividly imagine that in the first position the Iranian State President, Ahmadinejad, will grasp the word in regard to this and let loose corresponding bating tirades in order to fight Israel and destroy it.

His bating is indeed known, and his hate-talk that Israel should be erased has carried evil fruit in some places, as you told me, when I recently asked you about that.

Ptaah:

Unfortunately that is really so.

Billy :

The world should really listen and act, instead of being silent and passive. Die Welt sollte wirklich aufhorchen und handeln, statt zu schweigen und passiv zu sein.

The false diplomacy, as well as the false humanitarianism, the blatant cowardice and angst, however, impede a multinational troop, which fights for peace, being put together as quickly as possible, in order to prepare an end for the criminals of Israel and Hezbollah, as, however, also in order to pull to account those who agree with the deeds of the contracting parties and who still supply and protect them with weapons.

However the intelligence of the responsible ones of all countries as well as of the peoples of the Earth does not yet extend to behaving in this logical way, and the small crowd who possess the necessary intelligence is scattered worldwide and has no power to do the right thing.

For the present they are only callers in the desert because the people do not want to hear them, and only think of their own wellbeing and allow the fellow humans to die miserably.

Ptaah:

That is the alarming truth.

Billy:

I am also one of the callers in the desert, yet in spite of its monstrous vastness and aridity I will further call out and indeed as long as I still have a spark of life in me.

So I will yet again produce a Special Bulletin and present our conversation in it that we have led together in regard to all the things in Israel, in the Gaza Strip and in Lebanon.

Ptaah:

That will be good because you thereby carry out your obligation as also all core group and passive FIGU members who are involved in it through their co-operation and financial help and thereby also observe their responsibility in order to fulfill your difficult mission.

They are all the first bearers of the perception of their responsibility and, out of their help, will emerge that it therein transforms all evil and makes a suitable place for the better and good.

The Earth people of today as well as of those of tomorrow and in all the future can, and may, be thankful to all who show the way to progress and to peace as well as to freedom and harmony.

That is, if I may speak with your words for a moment.
