Optimal Wizardry at 13:30 Sidreal Time

Berkeley University professor, Dr. James Spottiswoode examined 20 years of data and was startled to find that at a particular time of the day people's psychic and related abilities jumped 400%!  [1]

Note, this is not based on the solar day/time but rather the sidereal time of day.

Sidereal time is star time and a sidereal day is approximately 3 minutes, 56 seconds shorter than a solar day. Thus, Local Sidereal Time (LST) moves backward in solar time about four minutes a day, two hours a month and one day a year. Anywhere you are on the planet, at the same LST you will see the same stars overhead as anyone anywhere else will at that time. [2]

13:30 LST corresponds with when you are perpendicular to the center of the Milky Way galaxy. At the very center of the Milky Way is a strong source of radio waves and it is expected a massive black hole. [paraphrased from 3]

For 15 minutes before 13:30 LST to 15 minutes after 13:30 LST each person is at their peak of 400% improvement. For the thirty minutes before and after that time, there is a 200% to 300% improvement.

If you wanted to take maximum advantage of this extra boost, you should schedule your meditation for 45 minutes before 13:30 LST to 45 minutes after. If you can only dedicate an hour or less to meditation, then determine how long you want to meditate and have that time be centered around 13:30 LST. For example if you only have 20 minutes available then spend it from 13:20 LST to 13:40 LST.

To determine when this is for you, you must first determine your longitude and then convert that to DMS (Date Minute Second) format. Then use that to determine the sidereal time. This last step needs to be done daily since the sidereal time loses about 4 minutes each day.

To use Google Maps to determine your Longitude, lookup your address then right-click on address and choose “What’s here”. The second number is the longitude (first number is latitude).

Then with your DMS, calculate the sidereal time at: http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/sidereal.html

Practical Uses

Now you have the time of day when everyone in your location is at peak psychic power. This is the best time for meditation effectiveness, anything involving intuition, psychic abilities, etc. If you plan on visiting someone for a tarot or coffee reading, choosing 13:20 LST for your appointment would be optimal.
